What do you think Technology is for?

 Technology and the American Indigenous

Often times than not, in any successful highlight for making history in America, the Country person will uphold their stature as a citizen and create the societal footing to hoist the technological step into future transitions. Culturally speaking, the American Indigenous (and many other politically known names used and changed since from American Indian, Native American, American Indigenous, etc.) have encountered global identity issues that support expansion theories and luxury of comfort to rest its people as the world progresses. (Technically, they continue to fight for necessities to remain culturally empowered.)

The community effort in technology requires a sense of educational endeavor from historical teachings which are genetically empowering the people to value its global presence. This is highly agreeable in other land bases that have been systematically enforced upon traditions here in America. The value systems are not the same and have remained intact, regardless of weapon, cure, technology, educational standards. What do Native Americans consider impoverish in future technological terms and how do we remain strong with ethical moralities to enforce technological gains that still have the ability to contend with other influences of the world?

What do you think technology is for?

Technology Was First Influenced By What?

Innovation and counting tangible sizes of things that are used in nature to harvest crops were the first inspiration for technological advancement. The shape and phenomenon of critical thinking became a cultural input for many diverse settings to claim their trade of expertise and influence that was traced back and contend for origination in that innovation. Indigenous Americans (North and South Indigenous Country people) had the luxury to be intact as one kind of people on two continental spans that did not have to contend with the contest of origination and innovative technologies. The world progression is considered to be the same time, same intellect, same boundaries of tools available - this is deepening the facts of humanity as one kind and time. They move together, grow together, and in any lagging [tribal] group they cease in that future step. Global innovation is created with a unity in human ability that transcends through sustenance in life time as a purpose to progress. Currently, technology is one part of this progression and it has goals of reaching beyond atmospherical boundaries which affect the global identity and each culture.

Why is this important?

"How is this possible?" In any successful progressive step in solution is not without global recognition and personal stewardship to an ultimate goal that is beyond cultural boundaries. As people, it is to remain diverse and healthy, so that future generations can survive and transition into a beyond. People need time to adjust and adapt. This is also true for technology and how the intelligent translations occur after on what it means to us as people.
As an individual member, of a clan, of a matriarch, of a purpose, of a message, of a belief, of a spiritual name, of a regional territory, of a diet, of an ability - your contribution in technology now is learning, adapting, explaining, and creating more time for study in something that can contribute or empower in other fields relevant to progression.
What we are better at now, should be technology.

Native American learning curve and aiming towards awareness!

Due to limited space at the Oneida Community Education Center on Packerland Drive...

We will pick up the meeting time and space next week! October 18, 2023 from 2pm to 4pm!

Just a quick reminder on the statistics of Native American youth in America currently with their education endeavors:

"On average, less than 50 percent of Native students graduate from high school each year in the seven states with the highest-percentage of American Indian and Alaska Native students." (Article below from NCAI.org)

This means that the tribal school are putting out half-success rates for those that can graduate. If it's not being surrounded by your own to learn, culturally invigorate, and remain community instilled - what is this saying about the luxuries that you don't understand are at risk here?

That is federal, community, state funds and grants being wasted on a lack of achievement. If these rates don't go up, there won't be a tribal school and you'll be reading more news articles without the Native American population entirely, especially at the rate that cultural loss and change of lifestyle is heading towards - an average American citizen with the same expectations of success in this societal ladder we climb. If you think it's difficult now, with all of the equal opportunity, government assistance, and socio economical support streaming through tribal services to be healed and ready to be a parent, a student, a working member of the nation --- it's time to give back to your community, your country, and the people that do not have that assistance by providing your services for a commonwealth. This is the historical concept of community, commonwealth, and at any successful rate it requires many attributes in societal order to want to remain in place. During modern times, this is not guaranteed to have your elite remain if the community provides no efforts to keep their elite.

Every Native American parent, whose child attends a tribal school, should know where that money comes from, what other parents in other schools who cannot afford their child's education are doing. There are people in America who do not belong to a funded grant or federal Pell grant that have to work for their education, save for their education, and be in a financial deficit by their education. Do you realize what you believe is suffering today is typically a lack of appreciation and volition to put forth the effort to want better and do better today?

Please, get involved. Understand the future concepts of leadership and how to be what you want in your leadership to recruit you in their agenda for a better future.

Below is a snapshot of the NCAI.ORG website on Policy Issues and Education, Health & Human Services while researching "Native American IT" in a google search query.

Where are Native Americans in the future? Statistically, we are failing and behind most others in reading and mathematics. History will look back and state, the funds were there, the access was available, and the services were astounding for continual support and guidance. What was the real issue here? Snap out of it and get involved! Take an acting class, understand how your emotions follow your actions and CAN improve. Stoicism should be a disease for traumatic repatriation techniques. Remain vital and continue pushing positive reinforcements of your identity by excellent performance scores in school.

NEW-TRG: Native Advertisement Making & Data Collection

Taking Numbers And Rolling Out The Red Carpet...

Can you imagine your local businesses running advertisements to create a sense of strongholding their community with the pride they have accomplished in a successful business you help create? By welcoming their local community members to a platform of gaining a healthy image, reputational portfolio, and personal imagery they recognize within the community it boosts the self-esteem and can begin a new career outlook in their future.
Oil Change Survey Image

Local Survey

Please click the link (or image) and take the survey so we may collect data and begin to have an understanding of how our Northeast Wisconsin Natives feel about Native American advertisement and how to gain momentum to provide this asset in our communities! It is in our hands, we have the ability to platform our images, and become a healthy member to influence so many others!

An opportunity like this needs local support, excitement, and dedication to time to learn the skills necessary to provide this investment what it needs outside of the many wonderful programs we sign-up for! Try with NEW-TRG and research digital marketing, sign up with NWTC courses, ask questions on how to begin building a reputation for the community and reach out of the reservation mentality to become a leader in global issues, regional issues, and begin documenting your image with leadership skills to perform outside of drawn borders.

"What is a leader in IT?" ..."Or, for that matter, WHO?"

The future elder is going to be educated in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) topics, the latest update in space exploration and the business behind planetary exploration missions. If you didn't know, there is the next Jupiter Moon Europa mission bound for the study of water on the moon, and with it, the opportunity to print your name with the spacecraft that will be there. Your name could be etched with a U.S. Laureate poem that you can check out on their website and input your name! It is set to leave in 2024 and returns 12-14 years later (check the website for more accurate details).

Integrating cultural impacts with the technological scene is necessary if we want to remain vital to revenues that provide resources, budgets for education, and we want results to provide for future generations yet. But that means becoming a successful community and being involved with the fast paced improvements that are happening. If you are not aware, the US is in competition with many other countries of the world and trying to maintain their top spot. However, we are not advancing as quickly in robotics, neural networking with Artificial Intelligence, and these factors could mean a different future for civilization and the business we provide in it.

So, who are our Native American IT leaders?
Can you name any? They are truly behind the scenes, busy, and often times educators for tribal curriculum to advance elementary education systems. Let's go beyond the meters that measure our boundaries and begin to advance our perspective in relational sciences to explain our input with STEM research and embark on the diversification systems that allow us to use those budgets wisely.

For Now... Let's do the survey, get an idea of how to see Native Americans in our media platforms and council our online reputation management!

**Note: Transitioning cultural impacts should not reduce the person's ability to learn. The value systems embedded within Native America are unique to the world and must remain intact by providing the type of person in the modern world setting as unique by proving these outcomes. We dare not complain, make excuses, or hinder at thoughts of results based on another.

Keep creating the ability to move on and find a successful story with supporting your local Native-Owned Businesses as a start!
