Wisconsin Technology Resource Group (WTRG)

NEW-TRG will be transitioning into Wisconsin Technology Resource Group (WTRG) to include the state group functions, events, topics, and any lobby interests in the future. NEW-TRG will continue to represent Northeast Wisconsin as a local community formation while other communities are welcome to umbrella within WTRG as a non-profit organization. NEW-TRG will continue in its existence and adhere to the WTRG Governance Committee and WTRG Public Relations standards in recruting new members, producing board materials, evaluating the performance of the Board itself, donor policies, newsletters, official communications, online presence and contact with media protocols.

Currently in development:

1. Website construction for WTRG to transition NEW-TRG into the state as public interest group for technological advancements in tribal affairs (including but not limiting education, business, research & development).
2. Recruiting new membership.
3. Applying for events, relevant community groups, and other involvement to fine-tune WTRG mission statement and vision statement to become a resource for the community it serves.
4. Finalize Articles of Incorporation and Filing with the State of Wisconsin as an NPO.

As these tasks are being complete, NEW-TRG will continue to be the face of the cause and post periodic updates on relevant information, events, and IT Topics for the reader along with any questions, concerns or comments to directly be handled.

In the construction of WTRG, it is welcome to a board of directors to appoint three (3) with a total of four (4) board members where the Executive Director, Brooke Metoxen-Smith will be able to coordinate this small effort until it is amended as needed. If you find any interest in this cause please contact NEW.TechnicalResourceGroup@Gmail.com!
