NEW-TRG Meeting Times & Location Requests!

 Meeting Time & Location Requests

What works best with your schedule? Evening or Morning better for you? What day of the week? Where would you like to meet?
Some goal setting for projects would also like to be clarified, skill set evaluations, and mentorship abilities.

The traffic at Oneida CEC on Packerland wasn't bringing in people like they did a decade ago! Back when nobody had computers in their home or wanted to use an established networking with good internet services (just out of DSL era) were a huge impact using public services for the quality of the internet. Now, towers have upgraded and wifi has boosted signal strengths with customer education services with the internet providers at affordable rates. So, it didn't bring in as many people as I thought it would, being an educational resource to the community. People should take advantage of it, not every demographic group has one and it is within a tribal community!

Request it, recommend it, feel free to leave a comment!

Virtual is an option as well. However, google meets allows an hour of one-on-one sessions with the gmail account we have (NEW.TechnicalResourceGroup@Gmail.com).

Staying flexible until CEC opens up the bigger classrooms again! Currently, NEW-TRG was in a tutor room the last couple of weeks due to scheduling issues and maintenance for the classroom.

Step-by-Step: Saving Your AI Conversation!

 Step-by-Step: Saving Your AI Conversation!

Using ChatGPT, go to the website: https://chat.openai.com/auth/login
Click: Sign Up!
Go to your email (used to sign up with) and verify your email by clicking the link from OpenAI
After that, you will be prompted to put your name, birthday, and cell number - then verifying your cell to input a code they message you.
ChatGPT
A prompt appears after, remember this part! Heed the advice. Remember that anything you write is input a database, these are saved, they are possibly used to profile you. Online activity is monitored. So please be an adult and remain within secure integrity of character!

chatGPT prompt message

Begin to type in the query at the bottom. Ask any question. It may ask you to be more specific, but will automatically provide you with answers. It's like a search engine, except, in conversation with links to provide you your answers. It is a feature to assist with conversational search, rather than just searching and getting pages of your likely matches.

Saving these conversations - if you can right click, save as, and print afterwards.
I did this using Google's AI chat search, it was easy to save and print.
This is the first time using chatGPT for me, so, I noticed its a little bit different. I would recommend using a desktop and not a chromebook or laptop (lol) that has a right click to check those options.

Once you have had your conversation, print it, and save it! File it. Laminate it. Frame it. Make a collage or post it on your facebook feed as a link from your saved oneDrive files.

Why is this important?

It is good to understand that in the first AI conversations that you are going to have in any direction of your belief - we are affected by technology. Its in the atmosphere, its in signals, we are physically affected by technology buzz and knowing that you have the ability to have a conversation with it - makes all the history within your lineage.
Hereafter, if your child hasn't beaten you to it, could be traced back to how the first interaction with this program affected you after. Reflect on it. Let it impact you on human progression and how you handled it at the time in your life. Where have you been, in your childhood, to that moment! Was it something you had dreamed of as a child? Was it something that developed later? Were you anticipating it at all?

Creating those first established conversations means taking technology seriously and being part of it! That is an American luxury, by the way, not everyone in the world is capable of! Please, treat with care and maintain your new eldership by being within technological advancements with your children (after you checked it out and reviewed it or made first contact would be ideal).

What do you think Technology is for?

 Technology and the American Indigenous

Often times than not, in any successful highlight for making history in America, the Country person will uphold their stature as a citizen and create the societal footing to hoist the technological step into future transitions. Culturally speaking, the American Indigenous (and many other politically known names used and changed since from American Indian, Native American, American Indigenous, etc.) have encountered global identity issues that support expansion theories and luxury of comfort to rest its people as the world progresses. (Technically, they continue to fight for necessities to remain culturally empowered.)

The community effort in technology requires a sense of educational endeavor from historical teachings which are genetically empowering the people to value its global presence. This is highly agreeable in other land bases that have been systematically enforced upon traditions here in America. The value systems are not the same and have remained intact, regardless of weapon, cure, technology, educational standards. What do Native Americans consider impoverish in future technological terms and how do we remain strong with ethical moralities to enforce technological gains that still have the ability to contend with other influences of the world?

What do you think technology is for?

Technology Was First Influenced By What?

Innovation and counting tangible sizes of things that are used in nature to harvest crops were the first inspiration for technological advancement. The shape and phenomenon of critical thinking became a cultural input for many diverse settings to claim their trade of expertise and influence that was traced back and contend for origination in that innovation. Indigenous Americans (North and South Indigenous Country people) had the luxury to be intact as one kind of people on two continental spans that did not have to contend with the contest of origination and innovative technologies. The world progression is considered to be the same time, same intellect, same boundaries of tools available - this is deepening the facts of humanity as one kind and time. They move together, grow together, and in any lagging [tribal] group they cease in that future step. Global innovation is created with a unity in human ability that transcends through sustenance in life time as a purpose to progress. Currently, technology is one part of this progression and it has goals of reaching beyond atmospherical boundaries which affect the global identity and each culture.

Why is this important?

"How is this possible?" In any successful progressive step in solution is not without global recognition and personal stewardship to an ultimate goal that is beyond cultural boundaries. As people, it is to remain diverse and healthy, so that future generations can survive and transition into a beyond. People need time to adjust and adapt. This is also true for technology and how the intelligent translations occur after on what it means to us as people.
As an individual member, of a clan, of a matriarch, of a purpose, of a message, of a belief, of a spiritual name, of a regional territory, of a diet, of an ability - your contribution in technology now is learning, adapting, explaining, and creating more time for study in something that can contribute or empower in other fields relevant to progression.
What we are better at now, should be technology.

Native American learning curve and aiming towards awareness!

Due to limited space at the Oneida Community Education Center on Packerland Drive...

We will pick up the meeting time and space next week! October 18, 2023 from 2pm to 4pm!

Just a quick reminder on the statistics of Native American youth in America currently with their education endeavors:

"On average, less than 50 percent of Native students graduate from high school each year in the seven states with the highest-percentage of American Indian and Alaska Native students." (Article below from NCAI.org)

This means that the tribal school are putting out half-success rates for those that can graduate. If it's not being surrounded by your own to learn, culturally invigorate, and remain community instilled - what is this saying about the luxuries that you don't understand are at risk here?

That is federal, community, state funds and grants being wasted on a lack of achievement. If these rates don't go up, there won't be a tribal school and you'll be reading more news articles without the Native American population entirely, especially at the rate that cultural loss and change of lifestyle is heading towards - an average American citizen with the same expectations of success in this societal ladder we climb. If you think it's difficult now, with all of the equal opportunity, government assistance, and socio economical support streaming through tribal services to be healed and ready to be a parent, a student, a working member of the nation --- it's time to give back to your community, your country, and the people that do not have that assistance by providing your services for a commonwealth. This is the historical concept of community, commonwealth, and at any successful rate it requires many attributes in societal order to want to remain in place. During modern times, this is not guaranteed to have your elite remain if the community provides no efforts to keep their elite.

Every Native American parent, whose child attends a tribal school, should know where that money comes from, what other parents in other schools who cannot afford their child's education are doing. There are people in America who do not belong to a funded grant or federal Pell grant that have to work for their education, save for their education, and be in a financial deficit by their education. Do you realize what you believe is suffering today is typically a lack of appreciation and volition to put forth the effort to want better and do better today?

Please, get involved. Understand the future concepts of leadership and how to be what you want in your leadership to recruit you in their agenda for a better future.

Below is a snapshot of the NCAI.ORG website on Policy Issues and Education, Health & Human Services while researching "Native American IT" in a google search query.

Where are Native Americans in the future? Statistically, we are failing and behind most others in reading and mathematics. History will look back and state, the funds were there, the access was available, and the services were astounding for continual support and guidance. What was the real issue here? Snap out of it and get involved! Take an acting class, understand how your emotions follow your actions and CAN improve. Stoicism should be a disease for traumatic repatriation techniques. Remain vital and continue pushing positive reinforcements of your identity by excellent performance scores in school.

NEW-TRG: Native Advertisement Making & Data Collection

Taking Numbers And Rolling Out The Red Carpet...

Can you imagine your local businesses running advertisements to create a sense of strongholding their community with the pride they have accomplished in a successful business you help create? By welcoming their local community members to a platform of gaining a healthy image, reputational portfolio, and personal imagery they recognize within the community it boosts the self-esteem and can begin a new career outlook in their future.
Oil Change Survey Image

Local Survey

Please click the link (or image) and take the survey so we may collect data and begin to have an understanding of how our Northeast Wisconsin Natives feel about Native American advertisement and how to gain momentum to provide this asset in our communities! It is in our hands, we have the ability to platform our images, and become a healthy member to influence so many others!

An opportunity like this needs local support, excitement, and dedication to time to learn the skills necessary to provide this investment what it needs outside of the many wonderful programs we sign-up for! Try with NEW-TRG and research digital marketing, sign up with NWTC courses, ask questions on how to begin building a reputation for the community and reach out of the reservation mentality to become a leader in global issues, regional issues, and begin documenting your image with leadership skills to perform outside of drawn borders.

"What is a leader in IT?" ..."Or, for that matter, WHO?"

The future elder is going to be educated in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) topics, the latest update in space exploration and the business behind planetary exploration missions. If you didn't know, there is the next Jupiter Moon Europa mission bound for the study of water on the moon, and with it, the opportunity to print your name with the spacecraft that will be there. Your name could be etched with a U.S. Laureate poem that you can check out on their website and input your name! It is set to leave in 2024 and returns 12-14 years later (check the website for more accurate details).

Integrating cultural impacts with the technological scene is necessary if we want to remain vital to revenues that provide resources, budgets for education, and we want results to provide for future generations yet. But that means becoming a successful community and being involved with the fast paced improvements that are happening. If you are not aware, the US is in competition with many other countries of the world and trying to maintain their top spot. However, we are not advancing as quickly in robotics, neural networking with Artificial Intelligence, and these factors could mean a different future for civilization and the business we provide in it.

So, who are our Native American IT leaders?
Can you name any? They are truly behind the scenes, busy, and often times educators for tribal curriculum to advance elementary education systems. Let's go beyond the meters that measure our boundaries and begin to advance our perspective in relational sciences to explain our input with STEM research and embark on the diversification systems that allow us to use those budgets wisely.

For Now... Let's do the survey, get an idea of how to see Native Americans in our media platforms and council our online reputation management!

**Note: Transitioning cultural impacts should not reduce the person's ability to learn. The value systems embedded within Native America are unique to the world and must remain intact by providing the type of person in the modern world setting as unique by proving these outcomes. We dare not complain, make excuses, or hinder at thoughts of results based on another.

Keep creating the ability to move on and find a successful story with supporting your local Native-Owned Businesses as a start!

Native-Owned Local Business Digital Presence

 DipSticks, LLC.

The business we are working with is located on the corner of Wisconsin State Highway 54 and County J (Riverdale Drive) next to Oneida One-Stop. The automotive service shop is mostly known for oil changes, tire rotation, flush services, with full service. One thing they do not have, however, is an online digital marketing presence or website. You can call them directly and there are online reviews to read.

So, how do we begin our NEW-TRG Digital Marketing Portfolio to begin advertising this local owned business - digitally - without maintaining a website or paying for an ad network to publish the ad click rate, conversion, and lead data research officially?

Digital Marketing is an occupational role that provides the know-how to navigate channels of media platforms of your target audience, identifying the target audience, and researching their investments for the business itself. Location and prices do vary for local business owners and having a great location, most native locals will know, already does most of the heavy lifting for getting customers. So, who do we want to attract in this digital marketing campaign we are going to build with customer interaction only?

Legally, Facebook and Instagram have just released the permission to be able to advertise with online stories that include instagram and facebook social media platforms (this was not allowed no more than a year ago to endorse a business, its products, its services to benefit from or promote - it was "at your own risk" and something that was convenient from the customer's point of view and self promoting appeal to character). So, using this permission lift - NEW-TRG is going to be producing an online social media campaign to support DipSticks in Oneida, Wisconsin by creating digital advertisements and requesting the share from its customer base.

A couple of images are going to be made available via Facebook and we would greatly appreciate it if you could share, comment, and mention at the service that you saw the ad and wanted to mention (something in the ad) to prompt seasonal sales. Currently, DipSticks does not do any sales or promotional offers but if we can get the customer base to encourage digital marketing with their service, that is our ultimate goal with NEW-TRG!

Why do we create material online, talk about what is happening local, if it wasn't for localizing our investments and creating our own sustainability to further that dollar by remaining within the community that supports our successes!
Other ideas for digital marketing for our customer base success rates in doing story sharing, media inclusive promotions, and customer based prompts for reoccurring sales:

1. "B2B" is a "Business To Business" Digital Marketing category that occurs with synergy relationships in business. What can your business offer in return for services with business promotions that share customer references, referrals, or otherwise digital marketing appeal on websites, offices, or shipping with products and goods. This is often times pricey, there are markets for inclusive B2B that include reward programs for hosting their digital marketing staff to collect data, surveys, and otherwise continuous feedback to maintain their customer base projections for sales. This is most useful for competitive businesses who are trying to be different in a product that may be similar to others.

So, do you have a beadwork business? Do you want to see a seminar on how business operations at this scale can be conducted with advice? How can your business provide insight to 'mesh' with Dipsticks now? Invest in your time - compare notes and learn how your time can be most effective now (Join NEW-TRG to develop an IT Skill and showcase your beadwork effectively!)

2. Provide incentive for the customer base. The NEW-TRG Digital Marketing Campaign starts from the customer, targeting the business (reverse role) to encourage sales, promotional offers, seasonal deals on products perhaps if they can buy bulk, and community appearances are incentive base prompts that want isolated expectations that create longevity. The feedback online and SEO rankings improve that begin to expand outwards from this location. It could grow, if the proper steps can be taken to establish a customer base and referral program. This would be the best place to start.

I always wanted to know who had the best deals on parts, services, and if they were legit. Technically, we all want that local mechanic that will hook it up. Customer demands are often unmet or otherwise uncoordinated due to the lack of professional forum and referral. We need to encourage this - before the mechanic is required to have an automation (electrical engineering degree) programming charge to our usual bill.

3. Why aren't specialized mechanics known? Some do this, some do that, but other's we barely know for a second before we are blankly agreeing with - well, I just wanted to know the price. The customer base digital marketing is a swarm of recommendation. Passing types of digital marketing advertisements noting something important, relevant, seasonal, or special - create the schedule for us.

What do you need to be learned? Would you consider teaching? Would you request a type of skill to create the demand and supplier business charts? If there is enough demand, it is bound to be met.

This is the plan - receiving digital marketing advertisements for DIPSTICKS, LLC. is now open!
We will be posting digital marketing "stickers" in the blog, online, and try to get a response. Create that sense of community, and enjoy being in this push to support our local businesses. Also, it would be great if we could do this together so please submit to:

Nuh-Night Stories: Programmable Pathmaking Fun!

What do you techy 'bout reading a new nuh-night programming story you made?

Children are adorable and then we move on. After that, its how do I make them even better? Well, at NEW-TRG we are talking about creating programming stories, IT stories, and having the parental suit on when it comes to instructional guidelines and how to go over this type of reading with your children.

The structure it provides to handle a procedure of putting a new gadget together, reading your car manual, the household appliance list is growing, and where it comes from, how to fix it, and what this peice of luxury is going to need to stay around forever. All of the requirements you need to bring to the next NEW-TRG meeting is an instructional manual, a peice of tech that belongs to it, and see if we can identify words, processes, images, and how you interact with this peice of information to put together and maintain.

It sounds easy and silly, but very necessary. You want to start somewhere, this has to be the best place to begin! Upon figuring out your device, making comments or notes in a place while putting it together. Do you save the box? Do you file the warranty (if any)? Do you save the website in your file folders in your browser to reference? How else are you able to categorize this purchase and validate its lifetime in your household list of items?

Why is this important?

1. Personal article collections, database skills.

2. Instructional terminology, comprehension.

3. Reference list, consumerism questions/responses from the product manufacturer while they are still a fresh operating entity. Some businesses may retire leaving your product questions null.

4. Tutorial searching. Who do you prefer? Is there somebody? Where do you find these professional at-home specialists who test products? Want to be the local tech guru for consumer based specialties and recommendations?

5. Teaching your children how to be independent and reference checking students of any new technology.

6. Most importantly, how to take care of your new product and maintain its maintenance (sometimes knowing how to take care of these products is half the battle).

What is a nuh-night story?

Any bedtime story is great, fantasies of teddy bears, animated characters of any kind, and something to tuck them to sleep with (and yourself). Well, we understand the faster we are at getting our family time together in, the more enjoyable it can be if everyone is on the same page. Learning together can be fun. Putting a nuh-night story together in a programming code can help your child understand what is happening with their favorite game, the applications they see online, the ins and outs of what is happening with their handheld devices. Creating a story based on their age, comprehension, and what the parent is able to do - brings you up a couple notches in the tech elderhood and creates that relationship of instilling problem solving habits that every child needs to come from their parents.

Some suggestive steps are:
1. Template designs with programming code, images of what it does, and then a short intro of how to make it happen with free software available.
2. Re-design that same nuh-night story in your image, your words, your remix of what you want on that application.
3. Further instilling the culture, language, and programming that nuh-night story to be something you created that can be used to inspire further IT education using this base inspiration with their parents!

It does take time to understand programming but this is all very capable of doing. Knowing the process is the first battle of becoming familiar of what you can do and are capable of in future tech talks and IT interests!
